  • A Victorian resident
  • Aged 0 to 18 years old
  • Named on a Health Care Card and Medicare Card, or
  • Named on a Pensioner Concession Card and Medicare Card.

How do I know what organisations are Get Active Kids Registered Activity Providers?

Check out the “Find an Activity Provider” tab. You can search for your activity provider there. We encourage you to contact your activity provider before applying for a voucher to confirm there is a place for your child and the activities provided are suitable for your child.

How do I use my voucher?

Your voucher will be emailed to you after you successfully complete your application. Each child you apply for will receive their own voucher code.

When registering for your child’s activity, you need to present the code to the activity provider or enter it into their online registration platform. Your child’s registration/membership fees will be discounted by up to $200.

Can I cancel my voucher?

A voucher can’t be cancelled once it has been issued to you. Vouchers will not be cancelled for:

  • Change of mind about your selected activity provider.
  • The wrong activity provider being selected.
  • No place for your child at the selected activity provider.
  • Wanting to change the voucher to a reimbursement.

We encourage you to contact your Activity Provider before applying for a voucher to confirm that there is a place for your child and the activities provided are suitable for your child.

A voucher may be cancelled in cases of exceptional circumstances. Please contact [email protected] and your case will be assessed.

Where can I use my voucher?

You can only use your voucher with the Activity Provider you selected when applying for your voucher.

Vouchers can’t be used at multiple Activity Providers or organisations that aren’t a Get Active Kids Registered Activity Provider.

How many times can I use my voucher?

You can only use your voucher once from the date of receiving your voucher until the voucher expires on 29 April 2025. You must not present your voucher multiple times to your Activity Provider even if you are registering for different seasons.

What if I don’t use the full $200 amount of my voucher?

Vouchers can only be used in one transaction. If your child’s membership fees are less than $200, there will be no remaining amount on the voucher.
